Changes Forbidden without Consent of Owner. Neither the Design Professional nor the CM/GC shall make any change whatsoever in the work without an approved Change Order. In the absence of an approved Change Order, the CM/GC shall have no claim for payment, repayment, reimbursement, remittance, remuneration, compensation, profit, cost, overhead, expense, loss, expenditure, allowance, charge, demand, hire, wages, salary, tax, cash, assessment, price, money, xxxx, statement, dues, recovery, restitution, benefit, recoupment, exaction, injury, damages, or time based upon or resulting from any change.
