The Seller shall not change its name, or name under which it does business, in any manner that would make any financing statement or continuation statement filed by the Seller or Purchaser pursuant hereto (or by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Seller or Purchaser) or change its jurisdiction of organization, unless the Seller shall have given the Purchaser at least 30 days prior written notice thereof, and shall promptly file appropriate amendments to all previously filed financing statements and continuation statements.
