Common use of Change of Control Period Clause in Contracts

Change of Control Period. “Change of Control Period” means, prior to the Spin-Off, the period beginning on a Change of Control of Nuance and ending on the one-year anniversary of the Change of Control of the Company and, following the Spin-Off, the period that beginning on a Change of Control of AutoCo and ending on the one-year anniversary of the Change of Control of AutoCo.
