Change Directives and Change Orders. 6.5.1. City and CM@Risk shall negotiate in good faith and as expeditiously as possible the appropriate adjustments for a Change Directive. Upon reaching an agreement, the parties shall prepare and execute an appropriate Change Order reflecting the terms of the adjustment. 6.5.2. All changes in Work authorized by Change Orders shall be performed under the conditions of the Contract Documents.
