Common use of Change and Termination Clause in Contracts

Change and Termination. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until September 30, 2011 and thereafter shall be renewed from year to year unless any party hereto shall notify the other party, in writing, at least ninety (90) days prior to any anniversary date of this Agreement of its desire to change in any way or terminate this Agreement. Such written notice shall be sent by registered or certified mail to the other party.

(A) This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until September 30the first day of July, 2011 1993, and thereafter shall be renewed from year to year unless any either party hereto shall notify the other party, in writing, at least ninety sixty (9060) days prior to any anniversary date of this Agreement of its desire to change in any way or to terminate this Agreement, except as provided in (B) of this Article. Such written notice shall be sent by registered or certified mail to the other party.
