Chamber Sample Clauses
The 'Chamber' clause defines the specific arbitration institution or body that will oversee and administer any disputes arising under the agreement. In practice, this clause identifies the organization—such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) or the American Arbitration Association (AAA)—that will provide the rules, facilities, and procedures for resolving conflicts between the parties. By specifying the chamber, the clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of where and how disputes will be handled, thereby reducing uncertainty and streamlining the dispute resolution process.
