Common use of Cessation of Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Cessation of Entitlement. Upon the Contractor's assignment of agreements, contracts, Trade Contracts and/or Owner's payment of monies due Contractor as provided in Subparagraph 5.3.1.4.1 above, Contractor shall be entitled to no further compensation of any kind from Owner and shall have no further obligation with regard to the assigned agreements, contracts, Subcontractors or Supplier.
