Common use of Cessation of Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Cessation of Entitlement. Upon the CM/GC's assignment of agreements, contracts, Trade Contracts and/or Owner's payment of monies due CM/GC as provided in Subparagraph 5.3.4.4.1 above, CM/GC shall be entitled to no further compensation of any kind from Owner and shall have no further obligation with regard to the assigned agreements, contracts, or Trade Contracts. Owner’s Right to Declare Default and/or Terminate Contract for Cause.
