Cessation of Entitlement. Upon the CM/GC's assignment of agreements, contracts, Trade Contracts and/or Owner's payment of monies due CM/GC as provided in Subparagraph 5.3.4.4.1 above, CM/GC shall be entitled to no further compensation of any kind from Owner and shall have no further obligation with regard to the assigned agreements, contracts, or Trade Contracts.
