Certifications and Signature of Contractor’s Authorized Representative. The undersigned certifies under penalty of perjury individually and on behalf of Contractor that: Authorized Representative. The undersigned is a duly authorized representative of Contractor, authorized by Contractor to: act on behalf of Contractor; make all representations, attestations, and certifications contained in this Contract ; and execute this Contract on behalf of Contractor;
