Common use of Certification Differential Clause in Contracts

Certification Differential. 3 1. A nurse may apply for and will receive a three percent (3%) percent per 4 hour certification differential as of the application date, if the nurse has a 5 current state or national specialty certification recognized in Appendix A 6 on file with the Hospital. The differential will commence the first day of 7 the pay period following the date that written evidence of the passing 8 test score or continuing certification is received by the HR Service

A nurse may apply for and will receive a three percent (3%) percent per 4 hour 20 certification differential as of the application date, if the nurse has a 5 current 21 state or national specialty certification recognized in Appendix A 6 AB on file 22 with the Hospital.
