Common use of Certification Body Clause in Contracts

Certification Body. Certificate: A brief publicly available document in which is confirmed by a Certification Body that a given product containing IT has successfully fulfilled the requirements of the certification scheme, following evaluation by an ITSEF. A Certificate always has associated with it a Certification Report. Conformant Certificate: Certificates that meet the conditions of Article 3 of this Agreement.
