Certification Body. When complaints are received by NAT concerning its certification activities, NAT shall acknowledge receipt of complaints and inform the subject of the complaint if deemed applicable. ▇▇▇ is responsible for resolution of the complaint and shall take appropriate action to resolve the complaint. The investigation and decision resolving the complaint shall be made by persons not involved in activities related to the complaint. ▇▇▇ shall inform the complainant as to the outcome of the investigation and the actions taken to satisfy the complaint.
