Certificates; Entry by Lessee. Lessee shall furnish Lessor with copies of all certificates, permits and approvals with respect to work done by Lessee or on its behalf that may be required by any governmental authority for the issuance of a certificate of occupancy. Lessor shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any fixtures or equipment installed or left in the Demised Premises. Lessee's entry on and occupancy of the Premises before the commencement of this Lease shall be governed by and subject to all of its provisions, covenants, and conditions, other than those requiring the payment of Basic Rent and Additional Rent.

  • Replacement Certificates If, on the date a Securityholder’s escrow securities are to be released, the Escrow Agent holds a share certificate or other evidence representing more escrow securities than are to be released, the Escrow Agent will deliver the share certificate or other evidence to the Issuer or its transfer agent and request replacement share certificates or other evidence. The Issuer will cause replacement share certificates or other evidence to be prepared and delivered to the Escrow Agent. After the Escrow Agent receives the replacement share certificates or other evidence, the Escrow Agent will send to the Securityholder or at the Securityholder’s direction, the replacement share certificate or other evidence of the escrow securities released. The Escrow Agent and Issuer will act as soon as reasonably practicable.

The Trustee, the Certificate Administrator and the Certificate Registrar shall each exercise its reasonable discretion in making any determination under this Section 5.06 and shall afford any Person providing information with respect to its beneficial ownership of any Book-Entry Certificate an opportunity to resolve any discrepancies between the information provided and any other information available to the Trustee, the Certificate Administrator or the Certificate Registrar, as the case may be.

  • Book-Entry Certificates (a) Each Class of Book-Entry Certificates, upon original issuance, shall be issued in the form of one or more typewritten Certificates representing the Book-Entry Certificates. The Book-Entry Certificates shall initially be registered on the Certificate Register in the name of the nominee of the Clearing Agency, and no Certificate Owner will receive a definitive certificate representing such Certificate Owner’s interest in the Book-Entry Certificates, except as provided in Section 3.09(c).
