Each party may rely on any instruction that it reasonably believes to have been given by an Authorized Person. Exhibit E sets forth those persons who are authorized to: (a) execute this Contract and any amendments to the Contract; and (b) amend the Investment Guidelines. Each party may amend its list of Authorized Persons upon written notice to the other party.
