The 'Certain Permits' clause establishes the responsibility of one or more parties to obtain and maintain specific governmental or regulatory permits necessary for the performance of the contract. Certain Permits. Use its commercially reasonable efforts and take all commercially reasonable actions within its control to ensure that the Permits referred to in Schedule 8.11 are obtained as promptly as reasonably practicable after the date hereof.
