Certain Permits. Promptly after the date hereof, the Acquired Company shall submit applications with each relevant Governmental Authority to obtain the following the Permits (or provisional authorization related thereto) with respect to Plant B: (i) Compressor Registration, (ii) Civil Protection Internal Program and (iii) provisional authorization with respect to Waste Water Discharge Permit.
