Certain Pay Considerations Concerning Required Driving. Licence(s) And/Or Other Certification(s)/Accreditation(s) (a) The two (2) job classifications involving primarily driving duties currently recognized under this Agreement are set out in Appendix “A” of this Agreement; being, respectively, Driver I and Driver II. These job classifications are differentiated by: (i) the level of requisite government-issued driving licence(s) and; (ii) any requisite certification(s) and/or other accreditation(s) necessary to operate certain type(s) of motor vehicle(s) and/or certain type(s) of work-related equipment/machinery; that are deemed obligatory by the Employer to meet its legal and/or operational requirement(s).
