Certain Broadband and Cable Modem Services. Client acknowledges that the Products may not be compatible with some broadband services. Client further acknowledges that some providers of broadband service may provide modems that prevent the transmission of communications using the Products. Marco does not warrant that the Products will be compatible with all broadband services and expressly disclaims any express or implied warranties regarding the compatibility of the Products with any particular broadband service.
