The Services may not be compatible with some broadband services and some providers of broadband service may provide modems that prevent the transmission of communications using the Services. NECAM does not warrant that the Services will be compatible with all broadband services and expressly disclaims all express or implied warranties regarding the compatibility of the Services with any broadband service.
