Common use of Cellular Telephone Clause in Contracts

Cellular Telephone. The Company shall furnish to Executive a mobile or cellular telephone for Executive’s use and shall pay all charges in connection therewith (except Executive shall reimburse the Company for the charges each month that are in excess of $200 of charges in such month that are not accounted for by Executive as charges for the purposes of the Company). The telephone to be furnished to Executive shall be agreed upon by the Company and Executive from time to time.
