Cease Operations. If HDD does not exercise the HDD Option, it has the right to immediately cease all activities arising from or related to producing, packaging, marketing, distributing, exporting and selling Wine Product. HDD has the right to sell off, in any commercially reasonable manner, all inventory of Wine Product as of the termination date.
