Modernization. You must have complied with the provisions of subparagraph 5.E.
Modernization. 1. Because business advances, and because society changes, and methods of doing business change, it is the duty of Licensee to modernize, refurbish, the building, equipment, signage, and all other items as may be reasonably necessary to permit the business to conform to the standards then existing, and to cause such repairs or remodeling, at his expense as are necessary to keep Licensee in compliance with all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Failure to do so will be regarded as a breach of this Agreement.

Modernization. In the event that the District designates facilities funds for the facility and begins modernizing the facility, the District and the CLCS Charter Schools will meet to discuss the issue of modernization for the Site.
Modernization. In order to assure the continued success of the Restaurant, the Franchisee shall, from time to time as reasonably required by the Company (taking into consideration the cost and then remaining term of this Agreement), modernize the Restaurant building, premises and equipment to the Company's then current, reasonable standards and specifications. The Franchisee's obligations under this Subsection are in addition to, and shall not relieve the Franchisee from, any of its other obligations under this Agreement, including those contained in the Manual. No such modernization shall be required by the Company unless and until the Company has at that time implemented such standards and specifications in at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the XXXXXX'X GRILL RESTAURANTS operated by Xxxxxx'x Grill International, Inc. in the United States.
Modernization all EBN (elevator building notice) permits issued on or after July 15, 2013; for modernization that includes scope of work “change in controller” for all elevators in the bank shall be in compliance with above stated item # 1.
Modernization. Except for the 12 month period immediately prior to the Scheduled Expiration Date, Franchisor may, during the term of this Agreement, require Franchisee to modernize, at Franchisee expense, all or part of Franchisee Business operations (including the assets at each Location) for the purpose of complying with Franchisors then-current electronic hardware, software, and/or Internet standards and specifications, If any component of the up-dated modernization requires additional training, Franchisor will identify the individual(s) required to attend such training, and Franchisee will, at Franchisee cost, insure that they attend the required training.
Modernization. In a unanimous March 1, 2010 decision, the Port of Long Beach Board of Commissioners voted to adopt a PLA for the initial phase of a six year, $750 million port modernization effort. The initial phase will be approximately 15 months and employ 1,000 to 1,200 workers. The Board is using this initial phase to “test” the PLA concept, and considering an agreement for the entire six-year project if the initial phase is successful.

The Designer, when assigned the task, must develop designs for modernization of air traffic control facilities including but not limited to upgrading, replacement, or addition of all or some of the following items: air traffic control consoles, interior and exterior finishes, roofing, HVAC systems, electrical systems, building envelope, energy conservation components, building code, security, accessibility and handicap requirements, interior partitions and doors, asbestos removal, and seismic improvements.
Modernization. FRANCHISEE shall, upon the request of SNELXXXX, xxke other improvements to modernize the PS premises, equipment, communications equipment, business forms and advertising materials, office decor, fixtures, furnishings, supplies and other products and materials required for the operation of the PS, to SNELXXXX'X xxxn-current standards and specifications. 8(k) SNELXXXX xxx, but has no obligation to, develop NATIONAL ACCOUNTS with whom SNELXXXX xxx entered into an agreement for the performance of personnel related services within the area in which FRANCHISEE's PS is located. SNELXXXX xxx offer the opportunity to perform those NATIONAL ACCOUNT services to FRANCHISEE, SNELXXXX xxx perform those services or authorize any other party to do so. If FRANCHISEE accepts the opportunity to perform the NATIONAL ACCOUNT services, FRANCHISEE shall perform those services in accordance with the terms of the NATIONAL ACCOUNT AGREEMENT.
