Category Definitions. A regular part time employee is an employee who makes a commitment to be available for work on some predetermined basis and in respect of whom there is a oredetermined schedule. ARTICLE DEFINITIONS: A casual part time employee is defined as a person who is not prescheduled but is on call and is available to work any shift. It is agreed that persons employed on a part basis and who temporarily work as full time relief will be covered under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
