Common use of CATALOGUE Clause in Contracts

CATALOGUE. If a catalogue is published for an event, the participant is entitled to have his name mentioned in the catalogue and to receive one free copy. The catalogue is compiled on the basis of the information which the participants themselves have submitted on time on the forms designated for this purpose. DLG BENELUX cannot be held liable in any way if it does not receive this information on time.
