Castlemaine Diggings National Heritage Park. (1) The Minister may grant a licence to any person to use land for a dam that existed immediately before the commencement of sections 12 and 15 of the National Parks (Box-Ironbark and Other Parks) Act 2002 on any part of the land described in Part 41 of Schedule Two or Part 8 of Schedule Four.
