Common use of Cash Management Services Sublimit Clause in Contracts

Cash Management Services Sublimit. Borrower may use up to One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) (the “Cash Management Services Sublimit”), inclusive of Credit Extensions relating to Sections 2.1.2 and 2.1.3 of the Revolving Line for Bank’s cash management services which may include merchant services, direct deposit of payroll, business credit card, and check cashing services identified in Bank’s various cash management services agreements (collectively, the “Cash Management Services”). Any amounts Bank pays on behalf of Borrower or any amounts that are not paid by Borrower for any Cash Management Services will be treated as Advances under the Revolving Line and will accrue interest at the interest rate applicable to Advances.

Cash Management Services Sublimit. Borrower may use up to One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,000,000.00) (the “Cash Management Services Sublimit”1,500,000), inclusive of the Credit Extensions relating made pursuant to Sections 2.1.2 and 2.1.3 of the Revolving Line 2.1.3, for Bank’s 's cash management services which may include merchant services, direct deposit of payroll, business credit card, and check cashing services identified in Bank’s 's various cash management services agreements (collectively, the “"Cash Management Services”"). Any amounts Bank pays on behalf of Borrower or any amounts that are not paid by Borrower for any Cash Management Services will be treated as Advances under the Revolving Line and will accrue interest at the interest rate applicable to Advances.

Cash Management Services Sublimit. Borrower may use up to the lesser of (i) One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.001,000,000) or (ii) the Availability Amount (the “Cash Management Services Sublimit”), inclusive of Credit Extensions relating to Sections 2.1.2 and 2.1.3 ) of the Revolving Line for Bank’s cash management services which may include merchant services, direct deposit of payroll, business credit card, and check cashing services identified in Bank’s various cash management services agreements (collectively, the “Cash Management Services”). Any amounts Bank pays on behalf of Borrower or any amounts that are not paid by Borrower for any Cash Management Services will be treated as Advances under the Revolving Line and will accrue interest at the interest rate applicable to Advances.

Borrower may use up to One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) (30,000,000.00 for the “Bank’s Cash Management Services Sublimit”)Services, inclusive of Credit Extensions relating to Sections 2.1.2 and 2.1.3 of the Revolving Line for Bank’s cash management services which may include merchant services, direct deposit of payroll, business credit card, and check cashing services identified in Bank’s the various cash management services agreements related to such Cash Management Services (collectively, the “Cash Management Services”). Such aggregate amounts utilized under the Cash Management Services Sublimit shall at all times reduce the amount otherwise available for Credit Extensions under the Revolving Line. Any amounts Bank pays on behalf of Borrower or any amounts that are not paid by Borrower for any Cash Management Services will be treated as Advances under the Revolving Line and will accrue interest at the interest rate applicable to Advances.”

Borrower may use up to One Thirty-Five Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) (the “Cash Management Services Sublimit”35,000,000.00), inclusive of Credit Extensions relating made pursuant to Sections 2.1.2 2.1.1, 2.1.2, 2.1.3 and 2.1.3 2.1.5, of the Revolving Line for Bank’s cash management services which may include merchant services, direct deposit of payroll, business credit card, and check cashing services identified in Bank’s various cash management services agreements (collectively, the “Cash Management Services”). Any amounts Bank pays on behalf of Borrower or any amounts that are not paid by Borrower for any Cash Management Services will be treated as Advances under the Revolving Line and will accrue interest at the interest rate applicable to Advances.

Any amounts Bank pays on behalf of Borrower or any amounts that are not paid by Borrower for any Cash Management Services will be treated as Advances under the Revolving Line and will accrue interest at the interest rate applicable to Advances.”

Borrower may use up to One Million Dollars (an amount equal to $1,000,000.00) 167,000 less any portion of the Letter of Credit Sublimit then being used by Borrower (the “Cash Management Services Sublimit”), inclusive of Credit Extensions relating to Sections 2.1.2 and 2.1.3 ) of the Revolving Line for Bank’s cash management services which may include merchant services, direct deposit of payroll, business credit card, and check cashing services identified in Bank’s various cash management services agreements (collectively, the “Cash Management Services”). Any amounts Bank pays on behalf of Borrower or any amounts that are not paid by Borrower for any Cash Management Services will be treated as Advances under the Revolving Line and will accrue interest at the interest rate applicable to Advances.

Any amounts Bank pays on behalf of Borrower or any amounts that are not paid by Borrower for any Cash Management Services will be treated as Advances under the Revolving Line and will accrue interest at the interest rate applicable to Advances.

Any amounts Bank pays on behalf of Borrower or any amounts that are not paid by Borrower for any Cash Management Services and not immediately reimbursed will be treated as Advances under the Revolving Line and will accrue interest at the interest rate applicable to Advances.

Cash Management Services Sublimit. Borrower may use up to One Ten Million Dollars ($1,000,000.0010,000,000.00) (of the “Cash Management Services Sublimit”), inclusive Revolving Line minus the aggregate amount of all Credit Extensions relating outstanding from time to time under Sections 2.1.2 and 2.1.3 of the Revolving Line hereof, for Bank’s cash management services which may include merchant services, direct deposit of payroll, business credit card, and check cashing services identified in Bank’s various cash management services agreements (collectively, the “Cash Management Services”). Any amounts Bank pays on behalf of Borrower or any amounts that are not paid by Borrower for any Cash Management Services and not immediately reimbursed will be treated as Advances under the Revolving Line and will accrue interest at the interest rate applicable to Advances.

Any amounts Bank pays on behalf of Borrower or any amounts that are not paid by Borrower for any Cash Management Services will be treated as Advances under the Revolving Line and will accrue interest at the interest rate applicable to Advances.

The dollar amount of any Cash Management Services provided under this sublimit will reduce the amount otherwise available under the Revolving Line. Any amounts Bank pays on behalf of Borrower or any amounts that are not paid by Borrower for any Cash Management Services will be treated as Advances under the Revolving Line and will accrue interest at the interest rate applicable to Advances.
