Common use of Cash Collateral Accounts Clause in Contracts

Cash Collateral Accounts. Maintain, and cause each of the other Loan Parties to maintain, all Cash Collateral Accounts with Bank of America or another commercial bank located in the United States, which has accepted the assignment of such accounts to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties pursuant to the terms of the Security Agreement.

Cash Collateral Accounts. Maintain, and cause each of the other Loan Parties to maintain, all any Cash Collateral Accounts with Bank of America or another commercial bank located in the United States, which has accepted the assignment of such accounts to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties pursuant to the terms of the Security Agreement.

Cash Collateral Accounts. Maintain, and cause each of the other Loan Parties to maintain, all Cash Collateral Accounts with Bank of America Xxxxx Fargo or another commercial bank located in the United States, which has accepted the assignment of such accounts to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties pursuant to the terms of the Security Agreement.

Maintain, and cause each of the other Loan Parties to maintain, Maintain all Cash Collateral Accounts with Bank of America or another commercial bank located in the United States, which has accepted the assignment of such accounts to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties pursuant to the terms of the Guaranty and Security Agreement.

Cash Collateral Accounts. Maintain, and cause each of the other Loan Parties to maintain, all Cash Collateral Accounts with Bank of America or another commercial bank located in approved by the United StatesAdministrative Agent, which has accepted the assignment of such accounts to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties pursuant to the terms of the Security Agreement.

Cash Collateral Accounts. Maintain, and cause each of the other Loan Parties to maintain, all Cash Collateral Accounts Accounts, if any, with Bank of America or another commercial bank located in the United States, which has accepted the assignment of such accounts to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties pursuant to the terms of the Security Agreement.

Maintain, and cause each of the other Loan Parties to maintain, all Cash Collateral Accounts with Bank of America or another commercial bank located in the United StatesStates reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, which has which, if reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent, deliver an accepted the assignment of such accounts to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties pursuant to the terms of the Security Agreement.

Maintain, and cause each of the other Loan Parties to maintain, all Cash Collateral Accounts with U.S. Bank of America or another commercial bank located in the United States, which has accepted the assignment of such accounts to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties pursuant to the terms of the Security Agreement.

Cash Collateral Accounts. Maintain, and cause each of the other Loan Parties to maintain, all Cash Collateral Accounts with Bank of America or another commercial bank located in the United StatesStates that is a Lender, which has accepted the assignment of such accounts to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties pursuant to the terms of the Security Agreement.

Cash Collateral Accounts. Maintain, and cause each of the other Loan Parties to maintain, all Cash Collateral Accounts as required by Section 2.14 and otherwise with Bank of America America, any Affiliate of another Secured Party or another commercial bank located in the United States, which has accepted acknowledged the assignment and grant of control of such accounts to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties pursuant to the terms of the Security Agreement.
