Common use of Cash Access Clause in Contracts

Cash Access. With your PIN, you may use the Card to obtain cash from any Automated Teller Machine (“ATM”) or any Point-of- Sale (“POS”) device, as permissible by a merchant, that bears the Visa®, Interlink®, Plus® or STAR® Acceptance ▇▇▇▇. All ATM transactions are treated as cash withdrawal transactions. You may use the Card at an ATM or withdraw funds at any PLS Check Cashers store. Any funds withdrawn from a POS device will be subject to the maximum amount that can be spent on the Card per day. These are our limits associated with withdrawing cash: *ATM and POS device owner-operators may impose their fees and lower limits on cash withdrawals.
