Career Mobility. (a) The University supports mobility of its employees within the University as part of providing employees with varied experiences and opportunities for growth. Academic Professionals are encouraged to consider and pursue other job opportunities within the University when interested in doing so. Academic Professionals are encouraged to pursue informal dialogue with other departments to learn about such opportunities.
