Common use of Career Increments Clause in Contracts

Career Increments. a. A teacher who has a Master’s Degree Shall receive the negotiated amount added to his/her basic salary rate. A teacher who has a Doctorate degree shall receive the negotiated amount added to his/her salary rate. No Teacher shall receive recognition for more than one (1) advanced degree at any one time. b. Upon verification by the Superintendent, each teacher will be entitled to a reimbursement of up to $100.00 per year for expenses undertaken to further his/her professional education.
