Career Incentive Program. The Career Incentive Program attached to this document as Appendix B shall be continued in full force and effect during the terms of this Agreement, and all employees of the bargaining unit shall be eligible to participate in said program and shall be granted, in the next appropriate pay periods, the appropriate incremental increase in career incentive pay upon application and approval of meeting the qualifications of the intermediate or advanced level.

Sheriff's Lieutenants qualifying for Advanced Certificates, shall receive Career Incentive Program pay without further maintenance requirements, provided that they shall take such training as required and directed by the Department as part of their duties as salaried employees.
