Common use of CAREER INCENTIVE PROGRAM Clause in Contracts

CAREER INCENTIVE PROGRAM. A. The District and the Association agree to establish a committee for the purpose of reviewing, revising, and making recommendations to the bargaining team concerning the Association's proposed Career Incentive Program. B. The committee will be composed of three (3) members appointed by the Association's Executive Board and three (3) members appointed by the Superintendent and shall meet by November 1, 2017. (September 2017) C. Recommendations from the committee will be forthcoming. D. The work of the committee shall be advisory only and the District will provide reasonable release time for Association appointees to the committee in order to meet and discuss this proposal. E. The proposal will be submitted to the bargaining team for further negotiations.
