References to any statute or statutory provisions shall be construed as references to such statutes or statutory provision as existing or as subsequently amended or re-enacted or as is modified in their application by any other statutes or statutory provision (whether before or after the date hereof) and shall include any modification or re-enactment thereof and shall include subordinate legislation or rules made under the relevant statute.
