Captions & References to Statutes or Statutory Provision. The captions and headings are for convenience of reference only and shall not be used to construe or interpret this Agreement. References to any statute or statutory provisions shall be construed as references to such statutes or statutory provision as existing or as subsequently amended or re-enacted or as is modified in their application by any other statutes or statutory provision (whether before or after the date hereof) and shall include any modification or re-enactment thereof and shall include subordinate legislation or rules made under the relevant statute.
