Capacity Rates Sample Clauses

Capacity Rates. The Capacity Rate during the Term shall be: (a) $7.39 per kW per month from July 1, 2001 to December 31, 2001, and (b) $5.11 per kW per month for the remainder of the Initial Term subject in each case to a Capacity Rate Reduction. The Capacity Rate for the Extension Term shall be $4.90 per kW per month, subject to a Capacity Rate Reduction.
