Capacity Charge. 6.1 In respect of the Relevant Year ending 31 March 2019, the term Kt means an amount in respect of the Capacity Charge in Relevant Year t which shall be derived from the formula that was contained in paragraph 6 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 of the version of this contract that was in force up until 31 March 2019. For subsequent Relevant Years, Kt shall have a value of zero. 6.2 Not used.
