Common use of Capacity Charge Clause in Contracts

Capacity Charge. The capacity charge as provided for in Service Tariff No. 46 applied to the Customer’s billing demand for its Existing and, as applicable, Additional Allocation(s) of Expansion Power as determined in Paragraph 4b below;

Capacity Charge. The capacity charge as provided for in Service Tariff No. 46 applied to the Expansion Power Customer’s billing contract demand for its Existing and, as applicable, Additional Allocation(s) of Expansion Power as determined in Paragraph 4b below;Power; and
