Common use of Capacity Charge Clause in Contracts

Capacity Charge. The capacity charge as provided for in Service ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇. ▇▇ applied to the Customer’s billing demand for its Existing and, as applicable, Additional Allocation(s) of Expansion Power as determined in Paragraph 4b below;
