Common use of Cancer Treatment Clause in Contracts

Cancer Treatment. The insurer will cover the actual incurred medical cost of the treatment given for cancer received as an in-patient, day-patient or out-patient. The benefit includes oncologist fees, surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, alone or in combination, from the point of diagnosis. The maximum benefits should be mutually agreed between the policyholder and the insurer and stipulated in the insurance contract.
