Common use of Cancelled Event Clause in Contracts

Cancelled Event. If the entire Event is rescheduled or cancelled, subject to clause [5.4], we will either (at our option): Exchange the ticket for a ticket to the rescheduled or next Event; or If we are required to provide a refund by law, then subject to a refund request being received by us in accordance with clause [5.5], we will refund the ticket price (less all reasonable costs and expenses including booking fees, credit card fees, courier fees, advertising costs, hire fees etc).
