Boat Launch Use Sample Clauses

Boat Launch Use. City agrees that User, and User’s contractors, subcontractors, vendors and agents, shall be able to use the Boat Launch to facilitate the Event as provided for in this Section. The Superintendent shall have the authority to act for the City within the parameters of this Agreement.
