Boat Launch Closure and Use Clause Samples

Boat Launch Closure and Use. City agrees that User, and User’s contractors, subcontractors, invitees, vendors and agents, shall be able to partially close and use the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ boat launch to facilitate shoreline restoration work as provided for in this Section. The Superintendent shall have the authority to act for the City within the parameters of this Agreement.
