CANCELLATION/TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT. 4.3.1 Cancellation of agreement may only take place if the student is also withdrawing from the program or removed from the BISC. Withdrawals prior to the start of the term should be directed to the Office of the University Registrar, Undergraduate Admission, Queen’s University.
