LICENCE TO OCCUPY. 5. The University permits You and Your Permitted Occupiers to occupy the Accommodation and to use the furniture and furnishings within it until this agreement ends. You have permission to use the facilities and communal areas of the Hall in common with the University and the other students of the University until this agreement ends.
LICENCE TO OCCUPY. 2.1 You are entitled to occupy the Accommodation provided that you comply with the terms of this Agreement.
LICENCE TO OCCUPY. 2.1 The University agrees to grant and the Student agrees to accept a licence to occupy the Accommodation with the benefit of the Rights for the Licence Period on the Terms set out in this Agreement.
LICENCE TO OCCUPY. 2.1 Subject to clause 3 and clause 4, the Licensor permits the Licensee to occupy the Property for the Permitted Use for the Licence Period tp the exclusion of all others including the licensor.

LICENCE TO OCCUPY. Upon payment of the appropriate deposit and Licence Fee as hereinafter set out, the Licensee shall be permitted to occupy the Premises described in schedule 1 on foot of this Licence Agreement on a non exclusive basis and subject to the Terms and Conditions hereof. This Licence Agreement shall expire at the end of the period in respect of which the Licence Fee has been paid unless it has been revoked earlier as hereinafter provided. The Licensee shall pay the Licence fees in accordance with the dates outlined on the 2017/2018 schedule of rental fees which is published on xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx. If the account and any other charges or fines are outstanding at the end of September, the account will remain outstanding and the room will become forfeit within two days of receipt of notice from CLS. Any outstanding Licence Fee will be sent to a debt collection agency at the cost of the Licensee.
LICENCE TO OCCUPY. 2.1 Subject to clause 3 and clause 5, the Licensor permits the Licensee to occupy the Property for the Permitted Use for the Licence Period in common with the Licensor and all others authorised by the Licensor (so far as is not inconsistent with the rights given to the Licensee to use the Property for the Permitted Use) together with the rights mentioned in Schedule 1.
LICENCE TO OCCUPY. The Owner permits the Licensee to occupy the Cottage for the Holiday Period for the fee as specified by the Owner, payment of which is required in advance, together with use of the furnishings, kitchen equipment, crockery, glasses and bedding as set out in the inventory that is in the kitchen.
LICENCE TO OCCUPY. 8.1 The Council grants a non-exclusive licence to the persons listed in clause 8.2 to enter and remain on those parts of the Development Area necessary for the Developer to have access for the purposes of this Agreement and in the ownership and control of the Council from time to time subject to the extent of such licence being previously agreed with the Council (acting reasonably) such licence to be granted in respect of the relevant part of the Development Area for the period from and including the date on which it is necessary for the Developer to have access to such parts of the Development Area for the purposes set out in clause 8.4 and subject to clause 8.6.
LICENCE TO OCCUPY a) The University grants to you a licence to occupy the accommodation specified in the Information Table for the Term.
