Cancellation or Amendment of Entries by Company. Company shall have no right to cancel or amend any Entry after its receipt by Financial Institution. However, if such request complies with the security procedures described in Schedule “B” for the cancellation of Data, Financial Institution shall use reasonable efforts to act on a request by Company for cancellation of an Entry prior to transmitting it to the ACH Operator or, in the case of an On-Us Entry, prior to crediting or debiting a Receiver’s account, but shall have no liability if such cancellation is not effected. Company shall reimburse Financial Institution for any expenses, losses, or damages Financial Institution may incur in effecting or attempting to effect Company’s request for the reversal of an Entry.
