  • Cancellation/Termination EY may terminate this Purchase Order in whole or in part, with or without cause, at any time and without liability, upon written notice to Supplier. In the event of any termination, Supplier shall promptly refund to EY any fees paid for Services or Work Product(s) that have not been provided as at the effective date of termination, and no further fees shall be due from EY in respect of the Services or Work Product(s). Termination or expiry of this Purchase Order for any reason shall not affect the accrued rights and obligations of the parties at the date of termination or expiry (as applicable).

  • Termination/Cancellation/Rejection The State specifically reserves the right upon written notice to immediately terminate the contract or any portion thereof at no additional cost to the State, providing, in the opinion of its Commissioner of Buildings and General Services, the products supplied by Contractor are not satisfactory or are not consistent with the terms of this Contract. The State also specifically reserves the right upon written notice, and at no additional cost to the State, to immediately terminate the contract for convenience and/or to immediately reject or cancel any order for convenience at any time prior to shipping notification.

  • Cancellation Fee to any person surrendering ADSs for cancellation and withdrawal of Deposited Securities or to any person to whom Deposited Securities are delivered, a fee not in excess of U.S. $5.00 per 100 ADSs (or fraction thereof) surrendered;

  • CANCELLATION VERSUS TERMINATION Cancellation of this agreement may be done by either the Student or UCF DHRL, but entitles UCF DHRL to rents and assessments either not yet due (such as pre-paid rents for some or all of the remainder of the semester or term), or charges in addition to amounts already paid or payable to UCF DHRL (such as a cancellation assessment for cancelled future semesters). Termination of this agreement is a completion of the agreement by either the Student or UCF DHRL that does not entitle UCF DHRL to additional rents or assessments.   • Contract Cancellation By written notice and without a cure period, Buyer may cancel the whole Contract, or any part of this Contract, in the event of the suspension of Seller’s business, insolvency of Seller, institution of bankruptcy, liquidation proceedings by or against Seller, appointment of a trustee or receiver for Seller’s property or business, any assignment, reorganization, or arrangement by Seller for the benefit of creditors, or the debarment or suspension of Seller by any Government agency. Xxxxx’s remedies in the event of a cancellation of the Contract pursuant to this ¶ 18 shall be the same as set forth in ¶ 19, TERMINATION FOR DEFAULT.
