Common use of Campfires Clause in Contracts

Campfires. Campfires are allowed in portable, covered fire pits or fire pits provided, not on grass. Please do not put ashes in any trash receptacle. Campfires are not permitted when a burn ban is in place or the weather is extremely windy and increases the chances for a fire (winds at 10-15 miles per hour), we have NO CONTROL of when and how long a burn ban may be in place as this is controlled by the county judge, we do not refund due to burn bans as it is out of our control. Outdoor open rock firepit’s are provided at sites for grilling or guest can bring their own grilling items; cabin has charcoal grill. Do no leave any fire attended, guest will be responsible for all damages from leaving a fire attended. Use caution when building campfires; sticks have been piled in each firepit for guests convenience; we are in the ▇▇▇▇▇; snakes and rodents could be in these piles use extreme caution when starting your campfire. Do not leave aluminum cans or trash in your fire pit upon departure, this requires extra cleanup of your area, if cleanup is required to remove these items a site clean up fee of no less than $250.00 may be charged and will be required for any future bookings with Fancy Hill Cabins and RV Park LLC or guest will not be able to book any future stay’s with us.
