Common use of Callout Clause in Contracts

Callout. An employee who is required to return to work without prior notice following the completion of their scheduled shift shall be entitled to double (2X) their regular rate of pay for the time worked with a minimum three (3) hours. Where an employee is called and offered additional hours, but is not required to report to work, this callout provision shall not apply.
