Common use of Callback Overtime Clause in Contracts

Callback Overtime. Any unscheduled overtime performed by an employee who is called back to work on an off duty day or on a regular work day after he has completed his regular schedule of work and left his place of employment will be considered to be at least two (2) hours in duration and will be so credited. Employees shall be excused upon completion of the work they were called in to perform.

Callback Overtime. Any unscheduled Irregular or occasional overtime work performed by an employee who is called back to work on an off duty day or Employee on a regular day when work day after he has completed his regular schedule of work and left his was not scheduled for him/her, or for which he/she is required to return to his/her place of employment will be considered to be employment, is deemed at least two (2) hours in duration and will be so credited. Employees shall be excused upon completion for the purpose of the work they were called premium pay, either in to performmoney or compensatory time off.
