Call Pay. 32 Section 1. An employee called in to work outside of regularly scheduled hours shall 33 be compensated as follows: 34 A. For call in early before the regularly scheduled shift the employee shall be 35 compensated at time and one-half (1 1/2). 1 B. For call back to work, in accordance to Department policy, not 3 employee shall receive three (3) hours minimum compensation at time 4 and one-half (1 1/2) the regular hourly rate. 5 Section 2. Employees who are requested, by not required, to attend meetings while 6 off duty shall receive three hours at one and one-half compensatory time. 7 ARTICLE 23
