CALAMITY DAYS. 2.1 In the event the superintendent of schools closes the schools, those employees who, by virtue of their jobs, are required to perform duties on those days, shall be paid for the hours worked. Pay shall be at full rate and be in addition to the regular salary, or compensatory time off in equal amount shall be granted. Employees not required to work shall receive their regular salary.
